Virtus Law PLLC works primarily for those with privately-held business and real estate interests (i.e. owners, operating entity, lenders). Virtus Law PLLC provides legal solutions for these two areas, as depicted on the right of this web page. By offering this array of solutions for privately-held business and real estate interests, Virtus Law PLLC simulates an “in house” general counsel experience.

To further demonstrate that our firm is about the clients we serve, we abandoned the lawyer-centric model of branding our firm after its founders. Virtus is a Latin term with a special meaning, “strength and excellence in adversity.” We decided to name our firm as an indication that we strive to regarded in this “principle” and not for naming ourselves after our original “principals.”

To facilitate client convenience, Virtus Law PLLC has offices in Brooklyn Park, Edina and Mendota Heights.
