Real Estate

We work with real estate acquisition, finance and development, together with associated litigation.  We provide legal services to borrowers, lenders, guarantors, developers, operators, brokers, mechanic’s lien claimants, landlords and commercial tenants.  Work-outs are a common theme since 2006. 

We are actively involved in many real estate related associations for operators, lenders, investors and brokers.  Our team members frequently present to these groups, contribute articles and support the membership.  Many of our clients are members of these associations.

We walk the walk – as our Senior Principal is an active real estate investor with a portfolio of commercial income producing properties and a staff a employees that manage this portfolio.  Our corporate headquarters is also owned by a Principal.
