Olivia Baxter

Olivia is an Executive Assistant at Virtus Law with professional experience in communications and marketing. She graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a BIS degree in 2019.

Olivia lives in Lake Elmo and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and all their little ones! She is the proud owner of a dog named Frank who looks just like her (curly brown hair and all). In her spare time, Olivia loves watching and discussing movies, writing, kayaking, dancing, and collecting rocks! She also is an active member of Saint Paul’s Saint Patrick’s Day Association where she volunteers and celebrates her Irish heritage.
