Beth A. Schroeder is an associate attorney at Virtus Law. She focuses her practice on business transactions and corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, business contracts, business succession planning, asset protection, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Beth received her BA from the University of Minnesota and graduated with honors from William Mitchell with a focus in Business Law. During law school, she received the Achievement in Public Service recognition for her volunteer service, participated in the Ruby R. Vale Corporate Moot Court Competition, and was a staff member of the Journal of Law & Practice. She also took part in the Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners Clinic and Community Development Clinic.
She is currently an active member of the Real Property and Business Law sections of the American Bar Association, a member of Minnesota State Bar Association, and a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers.
Beth enjoys volunteering in her free time and is currently on the Young Professionals Board of YouthLink, a non-profit organization that provides homeless young people access to education, housing, and other resources. She also dedicates time to Wills for Heroes, a clinic designed to assist first responders and their spouses in preparing wills and other estate planning documents.
