Lindsey Mitchell is a Senior Paralegal at Virtus Law working in the Estate Planning and Litigation departments.  Lindsey has been with the firm since 2013.  Her professional experience comes from real estate and being a business owner.

Lindsey has a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University.  She has three young sons who keep her busy and entertained.

Tyanne Smith is a Legal Assistant at Virtus Law.  Tyanne’s professional experience runs from Intellectual Property to Estate Planning and she has over 20 years of experience in the legal field.  Tyanne uses her experience in assisting the firm with legal matters, primarily focusing in the area of Estate Planning.

In her spare time Tyanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends (and two cats), cooking, reading, running her Airbnb and traveling. She is an active volunteer with the Cambridge Surplus Food Distribution program.

Samantha Literovich is the Intake, Sales, and WealthCounsel Coordinator for Virtus Law. She has an A.S. degree in Paralegal studies from Inver Hills Community College. Samantha uses her paralegal background and he impeccable customer service experience to provide client intake and marketing services as well as assisting coordinating the WealthCounsel Peer Group meetings.

In her spare time Samantha loves to spend time with her husband playing video games and reading comic books. She loves science fiction and studying European history and mythology. She also gets involved in costume designing for local comic and sci-fi conventions.

Laurie Leidig is a paralegal/office manager at Virtus Law assisting with all practice areas. Laurie received her undergraduate degree from Chapman University in Social Sciences and her certification as a paralegal from Inver Hills Community College. Before joining Virtus, Laurie spent 12 years in the banking industry starting as an Executive Assistant advancing into management and eventually as Assistant Vice President in Commercial Lending.

Laurie has a daughter at the University of Alabama and twin sons in High School.
