Lindsey Mitchell is a Senior Paralegal at Virtus Law working in the Estate Planning and Litigation departments. Lindsey has been with the firm since 2013. Her professional experience comes from real estate and being a business owner.
Lindsey has a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University. She has three young sons who keep her busy and entertained.
Tyanne Smith is a Legal Assistant at Virtus Law. Tyanne’s professional experience runs from Intellectual Property to Estate Planning and she has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Tyanne uses her experience in assisting the firm with legal matters, primarily focusing in the area of Estate Planning.
In her spare time Tyanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends (and two cats), cooking, reading, running her Airbnb and traveling. She is an active volunteer with the Cambridge Surplus Food Distribution program.
Chelsea McCullum is an Administrative Legal Assistant at Virtus Law. Chelsea has over 10 years’ experience in customer service in a variety of settings. Chelsea is currently a student at Inver Hills Community College, pursuing an associate degree in Applied Science where she will receive her ABA approved Paralegal degree. Chelsea uses her expertise in customer service to provide our clients with the best attention to detail regarding their legal matters while providing superior customer support.
Chelsea also works part time as a bartender. She enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling with friends, playing any type of game, while also being involved in community activities in her free time.
Amanda Parson has been in the legal field since 2011 and has worked for a number of different firms as well as practice areas. She is one of our Litigation Paralegals at Virtus Law. Her legal background includes, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Immigration, Family, and Business contracts. Amanda graduated from Normandale Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management & Marketing.
Amanda loves spending time with friends and family. She enjoys music and there isn’t a day she doesn’t have music playing wherever she goes. In the rare event, she isn’t spending quality time with her son and two cats, Batman and Kechiro, you can find her riding crotch rockets, refinishing furniture and working on her car.
Ashley Cadreau is our Transactional Paralegal at Virtus Law. She has her AA degree, and her AS Paralegal degree where she attended college at St. Cloud Community College as well as North Hennepin Community College. Ashley is primarily a transactional paralegal at Virtus Law but uses her legal experience to assist the firm in the Litigation department as well.
Ashley enjoys being outdoors, gardening and walking. She enjoys antique shopping, trying new foods, cooking, and traveling. She is most happy spending time with her son, family, friends and her cats.
