Lindsey Mitchell is a Senior Paralegal at Virtus Law working in the Estate Planning and Litigation departments. Lindsey has been with the firm since 2013. Her professional experience comes from real estate and being a business owner.
Lindsey has a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University. She has three young sons who keep her busy and entertained.
Amanda Aslakson is the Office Administrator at Virtus Law. She has her Associate of Science degree from North Hennepin Community College, where she received her ABA approved Paralegal degree. Amanda provides the firm with professional administrative support as well as uses her legal experience to assist the firm with legal matters.
Amanda loves to spend her free time with her husband, friends, and family. She loves playing with her dog, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible. In the fall, she volunteers as a soccer coach for the youth.
Tyanne Smith is a Legal Assistant at Virtus Law. Tyanne’s professional experience runs from Intellectual Property to Estate Planning and she has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Tyanne uses her experience in assisting the firm with legal matters, primarily focusing in the area of Estate Planning.
In her spare time Tyanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends (and two cats), cooking, reading, running her Airbnb and traveling. She is an active volunteer with the Cambridge Surplus Food Distribution program.
Kathryn Stoven (Katie) assisted in the start-up of Virtus Law back in 2010 and re-joined our firm in 2018. Katie is the Marketing and Sales Administrator at Virtus Law. She has her Associate of Science degree from Inver Hills Community College, where she received her ABA approved Paralegal degree. Katie uses her legal experience to assist the firm with legal matters as well as maintaining the firms active schedule and managing the firm’s Maplewood office.
In her spare time, Katie loves to spend time with her boyfriend, family and friends. She is also a part-time bartender at an establishment in St. Paul, MN. She loves playing with her bulldog, two bearded dragons and ball python; solving calculus problems for fun, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible.
