Dallas attorney Candace M. Groth has been elected to a second term (2020-23) on the Section Council for the Civil Liberties & Civil Rights Section of the State Bar of Texas. The Civil Liberties & Civil Rights Section’s members include judges, law professors, and practicing Texas attorneys with an interest in civil rights, civil liberties, and constitutional law issues.
